Typical DayYou will answer phones, greet clients, match them with the right tax professional, schedule appointments, and ensure all client needs are met. You will maintain office cleanliness and organization.
Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations.
- Sales/marketing experience (preferred).
- Prior experience in a customer service or fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent organisational, time‑management, and multi‑tasking skills.
- Computer proficiency:
Microsoft Office.
- Answer phones and greet clients in a friendly, personalized manner.
- Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional.
- Schedule client appointments per client preference.
- Ensure all client needs are met during service (in person, over the phone, or virtually).
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
- Other duties as assigned.
