Business Manager – Club and Alt Channels

Wheelhouse Executive Recruiters provided pay range: $120,000–$145,000 per year. Actual pay will be based on skills and experience.

Annual bonus and other compensation to be discussed with the recruiter.

• Deliver profit, sales, and trade spending targets across assigned product categories and overall.
• Develop and execute annual customer plans that drive growth through expanded distribution, shelving, merchandising, and pricing strategies. Present plans, track results, and adjust as needed.
• Identify emerging trends within the Club Channel, evaluate potential product opportunities, and collaborate cross‑functionally to develop and execute strategies, programs, and products aligned with consumer behavior and regional needs.
• Serve as the voice of the customer internally, working closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and other partners to ensure seamless execution and strong business outcomes.

• At least 3–5 years of successful account management experience within the Club Channel (Costco experience strongly preferred).
• Demonstrated career progression with a prior employer, reflecting performance and stability.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand and clearly communicate all aspects of product development to customers.
• Experience leveraging syndicated data (Nielsen/Circana) and/or customer‑specific data to build compelling sales stories.
• Highly organized, managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Assertive self‑starter comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
• Proven ability to identify growth opportunities and design programs to capitalize on them.
• Strong team orientation and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 30 %.
