Bank Teller

Overview

Cape Ann Savings Bank is seeking a team-oriented, positive, and outgoing professional for a full-time Teller position.

The Bank Teller will complete deposits, withdrawals, and other financial interactions while providing excellent customer service to all customers.

• Process deposits and withdrawals and other financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service to all customers.
• Uphold bank policies and procedures and maintain a professional demeanor.

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Excellent math skills; trustworthiness and integrity
• Excellent computer skills
• Thorough understanding of customer service
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working directly with the public is preferred
• Cashier experience or student staff in a high school branch desirable
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
• Ability to stand for long periods

Expected scheduled days are Monday through Friday (8 hour shifts) with rotating Saturdays. This is a full-time position.
