Semiconductor Engineering Technician

Pay: $30–$35 per hour, 1st and 4th shift available.

• Assist engineers and scientists in creating, modifying, and testing semiconductor products and processes.
• Troubleshoot high vacuum, high‑vacuum electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Modify, rebuild, and calibrate semiconductor capital equipment, including plasma etch platforms and Implanters.
• Measure particulates, perform metals testing, and demonstrate new capabilities.
• Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, vacuum, and process testing on equipment per engineering and manufacturing documentation.
• Work autonomously within established procedures and practices while communicating effectively with team members.
• Observe all safety standards, maintain a clean and healthy work environment, and attend required health and safety training.

• Associate’s degree preferred; minimum high school diploma.
• 4–7 years of technician training/experience in a high‑technology area.
• 2–3 years of semiconductor experience; VCS training on other semiconductor tools a plus.
• Understanding of electrical circuitry required.
• Some travel may be required; knowledge of semiconductor equipment preferred.

• Associate’s Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
