As Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, & Treasurer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the bank’s financial strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and guiding long‑term planning and capital management. Your Responsibilities:
  • Lead all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, regulatory reporting, and treasury management.
  • Manage daily cash flow, liquidity, and the Bank’s investment portfolio.
  • Produce accurate and timely Board, regulatory, ALCO, and budget reports.
  • Oversee interest‑rate risk and liquidity modeling and coordinate reports with consultants.
  • Manage internal audits, prepare responses, and track remediation.
  • Partner with the President & CEO to build annual budgets, multi‑year forecasts, and financial models for strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive, collaborative leadership experience in banking or financial services.
  • Deep knowledge of GAAP, ALCO, and state and federal banking regulations.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to influence at the executive and board levels.
  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Commitment to the mission and values of community banking.
