Collins Aerospace is looking for a Machine Operator III to work on the 1st shift. The ideal candidate will have a HS diploma (or equivalent) and 2 years of relevant experience.

What You Will Do:

• Set up, calibrate, and operate machines used in production processes.
• Work from verbal or written instructions, diagrams, or models.
• Inspect machining operations and finished products against specified tolerances using precision measuring tools.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning.
• Set up and operate a production machine in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
• Use computer-controlled equipment to select, position and secure automatic or semi-automatic machines.
• Control and adjust machine settings to complete routine tasks according to specifications.
• May make calculations and assist with numeric controlled programming.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent) and 2 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Completion of CNC Machine Operating technical school program.
• 2 years machine operator experience.
