Material Handlers — Contract To Hire

Pay Rate: $20 to $21 per hour

• Receive, store, move and control materials in and out of company facilities.
• Maintain stock balances and coordinate shortages.
• Operate fork truck/electric pallet jack.
• Required:
  Hand/power tool experience
• Required:
  Basic computer skills
• Desired:
  Experience with inventory software
• Stocking and picking in bulk rack sections; use of stock picker fork truck; working at heights.
• Control and maintain accurate transfer of parts and materials in/out of stock room; verify and maintain stores inventory and/or shortage reports; locate and expedite necessary materials.

• Experience with loading/unloading material, equipment or supplies from trucks or other vehicles.
• Ability to use small hand tools and material handling equipment, including skids, pallet handlers and hand trucks.
• Experience coordinating with other functional areas to provide material status information (stock balances, shortages, etc.).

• First Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
• Weekend shift:
  Friday, Saturday and Sunday 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM (shift differential 11%)
• Second shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM, Monday to Friday (shift differential 10%)
