Compensation
  • $1,500 Sign on Bonus*

2nd Shift Schedule
  • This position is for 2nd shift.
  • Monday – Friday 3:30 PM - midnight
  • Overtime available on a business need basis.
What You Will Do
  • Responsible for the set‑up, calibration, and operation of machines used in production processes.
  • Work from verbal or written instructions, diagrams, or models.
  • Inspect machining operations and finished products against specified tolerances using precision measuring tools.
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning.
  • Set up and operate a production machine in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
  • Use computer‑controlled equipment to select, position and secure automatic or semi‑automatic machines.
  • Control and adjust machine settings to complete routine tasks according to specifications.
  • May make calculations and assist with numeric controlled programming.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications You Must Have
  • Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D. in the US) or vocational/technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience

  • Completion of CNC Machine Operating technical school program.
  • 1 year machine operator experience

The salary range for this role is 36,992 USD to 69,380 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
