Electro-mechanical Quality Inspector- 1st Shift

Our client is looking for a Quality Inspector with experience performing quality inspection checks on electro-mechanical products.

This vital role supports a global leader in power solutions, serving industries such as Industrial Technology, Healthcare, and Semiconductor Manufacturing. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of incoming components and materials through electromechanical inspection and testing, maintaining supplier quality metrics, and verifying compliance with drawings and standards. Your work will directly contribute to the production of reliable, high-quality electrical equipment.

If you're detail-oriented with a knack for precise measurement, inspection, and quality standards, this could be the perfect fit for you. You’ll use tools like calipers, microscopes, and gauges to conduct inspections and ensure products meet strict quality standards, including IPC-A-610.

Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Required Skills,

Education and Experience:

Proven experience in Quality Control or Inspection, particularly with electromechanical components

Skilled in incoming and in-process inspection techniques

Familiarity with inspection equipment such as calipers, micrometers, microscopes, and gauges

Ability to read and interpret drawings, standards, and specifications

Strong math, measurement, and testing skills

Computer literacy, including MS Word and Excel Working knowledge of IPC-A-610 workmanship standards
