This is a seasonal position supporting a vibrant restaurant in Gloucester, MA, offering diverse dining experiences including indoor, igloo, and outdoor Bridge Deck dining. The role involves assisting servers by delivering food and beverages, maintaining tables, and supporting overall restaurant operations to ensure excellent guest service.

Responsibilities include:

Food and Beverage Delivery:
Retrieve and deliver orders accurately.

Table Awareness:
Know table numbers and seat positions.

Pre-Bussing:
Clear tables of finished dishes and glassware.

Table Maintenance:
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and guest comfort.

Running Food:
Prioritize and expedite food delivery.

Supporting Servers:
Set tables, stock stations, and run errands.

Communication:
Coordinate with team members effectively.

Developing Menu Knowledge:
Answer basic guest questions.

Safety and Sanitation:
Follow all safety protocols.

Side Work:
Stock and clean service areas.

Teamwork:
Collaborate with staff to provide exceptional service.

Qualifications:
