Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the sales department by managing administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams. Responsibilities
  • Manage and update customer databases with accurate and current information
  • Prepare sales documentation, reports, and presentations as required
  • Coordinate with sales teams to schedule meetings and follow up on lead
  • Liaise with clients to answer queries and provide exceptional customer service
  • Support the sales team in organising promotional events and campaigns
  • Maintain filing systems for contracts, correspondence, and other relevant documents
  • Assist in preparing sales forecasts and analysing sales data to identify trends
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative activities
Experience
  • Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is desirable but not essential
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document management is a must.
  • Experience with CRM systems or similar software is advantageous but not mandatory
