The successful Administrator should have:
· Strong communication and organisational skills.
· Good IT skills and be a competent user of Microsoft Office.
· Professional telephone manner as the successful candidate will be taking calls from internal colleagues as well as members of the public.
· Experience of working in a busy office environment.
In this role, the Administrator will be responsible for:
· Taking and directly enquiries from within the organisation, as well as calls from members of the public and external stakeholders.
· Inputting data into Liquid Logic (LAS System). Knowledge of Liquid Logic would be helpful, however full training will be provided.
· Schedule meetings and booking rooms, as well as taking minutes of meetings.
· Responding to, redirecting emails and managing a generic mailbox
