Purchase Ledger Administrator

Juice Recruitment is working with a well-established organisation to recruit a Purchase Ledger Administrator to join a small and supportive Accounts team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and detail-oriented individual who enjoys working in a collaborative finance environment.

• Processing purchase ledger transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintaining cash book records
• Reconciling high-volume supplier accounts
• Processing payments to suppliers and subcontractors
• Managing transactions and reconciliations using SAGE
• Ensuring financial records are accurate and kept up to date
• Supporting smooth audit processes and maintaining strong internal controls
• Handling telephone queries professionally and courteously
• Providing general administrative support to the accounts function as required

• Previous experience in a Purchase Ledger or Accounts Assistant role
• Experience using SAGE is highly desirable
• Confident using Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
• Comfortable working with high-volume transactions
