Are you available immediately for a short-term temporary assignment?

Are you able to commit to full time hours on site up until the end of March or longer?

My client is a small organisation looking for an efficient, friendly and professional administrator for a temporary assignment to start as soon as possible.

Duties will include:

- Providing a freindly reception service both in person and over the phone

- Data input which will need to be completed accurately and quickly

- Email and calendar management

- Events Administration

- Support on projects

- Ad-hoc administrative duties to the wider team

To be considered for this post, you MUST be available immediately for short term, full time work and be able to get to Stonehouse, Gloucestershire, five days a week, Monday to Friday.

You will be able to pick things up very quickly, be efficient, friendly, helpful and posess a 'can do' attitude.

You will have proven experience formatting using Word, converting files, using Excel for data capturing and be able to put together presentations.
