Mears Group are a highly established Nationwide Business; our Gloucester head office are now looking to recruit an additional Accounts Payable Clerk to join their already dedicated Team.

* About the role:

** You will be joining a busy, vibrant Accounts environment. The ideal candidate will have previous administration experience in a high-volume busy environment, be great at building professional relationships and have excellent organisation and administration skills.

- Inputting supplier invoices with speed and accuracy
- Investigating and resolving supplier queries
- General maintenance of the purchase ledger
- Other ad-hoc finance tasks as required
- Data entry and statement reconciliation
** Key Criteria:
*** Previous administration experience within a fast paced, volume lead position.
* If you have Accounts or Ledger experience this would be advantageous but not essential
* A strong administrator with excellent IT and database skills
* You will be tenacious, organised, self-motivated, a confident communicator,
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage your own workload
* Professional, confidential and able to communicate with a broad range of personalities and business managers
