We’re looking for an enthusiastic Administrator to join our team at Duke of Gloucester Barracks. Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, ensuring daily activities are coordinated seamlessly and professionally.
  • Raise, issue and manage job packs, book contractors, arrange escorts, and raise purchase orders.
  • Handle scanning, printing, and respond promptly and courteously to digital and telephone queries.
  • Prepare reports as directed, produce accurate meeting minutes, agendas, and action logs.
  • Manage electronic and hard‑copy filing systems in line with Quality Management Systems.
  • Provide administrative support to other departments when required.
  • Promote a culture of excellent customer service aligned with company objectives and values.
  • Plan, organise and coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and accommodation arrangements.
Qualifications
  • Previous admin experience, preferably with a background in facilities management.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Full UK driving licence (site not accessible by public transport).
  • Must be able to pass SC Clearance.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and identify solutions proactively.
  • Confidence communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Professional approach, positive attitude, and commitment to team success.
