Temporary Administrator

Location: Central Bristol

Start Date: Immediate

Duration: Approximately 1 month (with potential to extend)

Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

Our client, based in Central Bristol, is seeking a Temporary Administrator to support their team during a busy period. This is a short term assignment initially expected to last around one month, with the possibility of extension depending on business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing a shared inbox and responding to customer enquiries
  • Forwarding queries to the appropriate departments
  • Handling incoming and outgoing post
  • Providing general administrative support across the team
Requirements
  • Previous administrative experience (essential)
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient in using computer systems and standard office software
