Permanent, part-time hours 25-30 hours per week

The Role:
  • Prepare and organise project documentation at the start and completion stages
  • Compile project handover documents and scheme of works
  • Maintain compliance records, method statements and manuals
  • Support general office administration, including filing, printing and documentation
Person Requirements:
  • Previous administration experience, ideally within construction, building services, engineering or a related sector
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Able to work independently and use initiative in a busy office setting
  • Positive, helpful and team-focused approach
