Location: Hartpury

£12,633 per annum based on an FTE £26,320 per annum

A minimum of 18 hours per week (term time only)

10:00am – 14:30pm (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday)

About the Role
  • The main Hartpury reception in the Student Zone provides an excellent customer experience to all our students and visitors to the campus.
  • Acting as a focal point, for all non-academic student queries, this is a great opportunity for someone to join our busy team to act as first point of contact for all enquiries (face‑to‑face, telephone and email).
  • Your role will be varied and include reception and general administrative duties, responding to student, staff and visitor queries and managing Hartpury’s post.
  • Outside of academic term time the role supports Hartpury’s summer conferencing business.
About You
  • You will have exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • You will be IT literate, well organised and a strong team player.
  • Ideally, you will have previous experience of working in a customer‑facing role.
