Lorien is seeking an organised and proactive Planning and Scheduling Administrator to join their Academic Services team in Gloucester. This key role focuses on the effective planning and coordination of training programmes, ensuring a seamless learning experience for customers.

The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders, manage course bookings, and resolve scheduling conflicts while maintaining clear communication throughout. Strong administrative experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required.
