GROUP WARRANTY EXECUTIVE

Hours: 40 Hours Per Week 50% Hybrid Working 50% Office Based

Responsibilities
Process manufacturer warranty, extended warranty and goodwill claims accurately and efficiently.
Ensure all warranty submissions comply with manufacturer guidelines and company procedures.
Invoice warranty and goodwill work correctly and within required timescales.
Liaise with Service Advisors, Technicians and Workshop Controllers to obtain accurate repair information.
Monitor outstanding warranty claims and investigate rejected or unpaid submissions.
Maintain accurate warranty records, documentation and reporting.
Carry out internal warranty audits and identify areas for process improvement.
Ensure warranty parts are stored and documented in accordance with manufacturer requirements.
Support retailer teams by providing guidance on warranty policies and procedures.
Keep up to date with manufacturer warranty bulletins and policy updates.
Work closely with Accounts regarding credit notes and warranty payments.
Promote process efficiency while maintaining exceptional levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Previous experience within an automotive warranty administration or warranty executive role.
Strong understanding of manufacturer warranty and goodwill procedures.
Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.
Computer literate with good Microsoft Office knowledge.
Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Full UK Driving Licence.
