Business Communications & Executive Administrator
Barnwood, Gloucester | £37,500 per annum | 30 hours per week across 5 days
Are you an experienced Executive Administrator looking for a varied role where you can make a real impact?
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and proactive Business Communications & Executive Administrator to join a successful and growing business based in Gloucester. This is a diverse role supporting senior leadership, coordinating business communications, managing executive administration and ensuring projects, meetings and business activities run smoothly. Responsibilities- Provide executive and administrative support to senior leadership.
- Prepare board packs, reports, presentations and business documentation.
- Produce KPI reports and analyse business performance data.
- Coordinate meetings, agendas and ensure actions are followed through to completion.
- Support internal business communications across multiple teams.
- Assist with company-wide announcements and leadership communications.
- Organise business events, meetings and visitor arrangements.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, accommodation and itineraries.
- Monitor travel and event budgets and process expenses.
- Work collaboratively across departments to support business operations.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and administrative efficiency.
- Organised and professional with excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Previous experience in an Executive Assistant, Business Support or Business Communications role.
- Experience preparing reports, presentations and board‑level documentation.
- Strong analytical skills with experience producing KPI reports.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Experience coordinating meetings, events and international travel.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams.
- Experience using AI tools within a business environment is advantageous.
- Professional, proactive approach with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while building strong working relationships across the business.
- £37,500 per annum.
- Part‑time position, 30 hours per week across five days.
