.
As a Receptionist you will provide an efficient and effective Reception and Front of House service to the business and customers.

What you'll be doing- Meet and greet visitors and colleagues as a well-presented front of house receptionist.
- Coordinate with Physical Security to ensure visitors and contractors are booked in.
- Manage external and internal switchboard calls in a timely manner.
- Handle direct desk phone calls (non-switchboard).
- Manage Reception, Corporate and Premises Management inboxes.
- Oversee front of house systems for room and visitor bookings (Resource Central) and desk bookings (Cloud booking).
- Manage visitor and colleague parking, including electric charging points and car park barrier control.
- Action LANDesk requests within agreed timescales (taxi bookings, starters and leavers, etc.).
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as required (meeting room checks, setup requests, catering requests, etc.).
- Distribute locker keys as needed.
- Provide cover for the wider Premises Management teams for Mail Room, Document Management and Helpdesk as required.
- Run monthly statistics on room bookings, desk bookings and switchboard activity.
- Support room booking and desk booking systems as required.
- Highly organised, efficient and proactive.
- Able to take on and own tasks and solve problems independently.
- Confident to communicate at all levels, including Board members and VIP visitors.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint & Excel to an intermediate level with the ability to adapt quickly to in-house systems.
- Previous front of house experience within a commercial environment and exposure to switchboard.
