Technical Admin
Location: Gloucester
Hours: Permanent, Monday to Friday
Salary: £28,000 to £32,000 per annum
We are recruiting for a Technical Admin to join a well established automotive service business based in Gloucester. This is a varied role that will suit someone with a strong administrative background who is comfortable working in both an office and workshop environment and has a good level of technical or mechanical understanding.
Key responsibilities of the Technical Admin:- Carrying out technical administration duties within an automotive service environment
- Raising and processing invoices
- Order and parts processing
- Using Sage for day to day administration
- General administration using MS Office
- Liaising with customers and service engineers
- Checking incoming goods and parts
- Completing PDI on equipment
- Setting up machines and equipment ready for use
- Previous experience in a technical or mechanical environment
- Good technical or mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Comfortable working between an office and workshop setting
- Computer literate with good MS Office skills
- Experience using Sage is highly desirable
- Confident communicator, able to deal with customers and engineers
