Responsibilities
· Process manufacturer warranty, extended warranty and goodwill claims accurately and efficiently.
· Ensure all warranty submissions comply with manufacturer guidelines and company procedures.
· Invoice warranty and goodwill work correctly and within required timescales.
· Liaise with Service Advisors, Technicians and Workshop Controllers to obtain accurate repair information.
· Monitor outstanding warranty claims and investigate rejected or unpaid submissions.
· Maintain accurate warranty records, documentation and reporting.
· Carry out internal warranty audits and identify areas for process improvement.
· Ensure warranty parts are stored and documented in accordance with manufacturer requirements.
· Support retailer teams by providing guidance on warranty policies and procedures.
· Keep up to date with manufacturer warranty bulletins and policy updates.
· Work closely with Accounts regarding credit notes and warranty payments.
· Promote process efficiency while maintaining exceptional levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
· Previous experience within an automotive warranty administration or warranty executive role.
· Strong understanding of manufacturer warranty and goodwill procedures.
· Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
· High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
· Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.
· Computer literate with good Microsoft Office knowledge.
· Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Full UK Driving Licence.
