Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust is launching the Home First service and seeks a meticulous Planner and Administrator to coordinate patient visits, manage capacity and support a fast-paced operational team.
Based at the Home First Hub in Brockworth, you will provide diary management, meeting coordination, minute taking and maintain confidential records across clinical systems while acting as a key contact for staff, patients and partner organisations.
