As a Warranty Controller, you'll be responsible for managing warranty administration and ensuring claims are processed accurately and efficiently while minimising the risk of warranty audit failures.

• Supporting the Aftersales Manager with warranty administration
• Submitting accurate warranty and goodwill claims
• Ensuring manufacturer warranty policies and procedures are followed correctly
• Monitoring warranty reports and identifying outstanding claims
• Maintaining high standards of processing efficiency and cost control
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and manufacturer guidelines
• Liaising with manufacturers regarding warranty claims and queries
• Maintaining accurate warranty records and documentation
• Supporting the business in minimising warranty audit risks
• Ensuring customers receive a high level of service throughout the warranty process

We're keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate:

• Previous warranty experience within the motor industry
• Experience as a Warranty Administrator, Warranty Controller or similar Aftersales role
• Strong understanding of manufacturer warranty processes and procedures
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
• Good computer literacy and confidence using relevant systems
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively
• A professional and proactive approach to problem solving
• Ability to liaise confidently with manufacturers and internal departments
