FTE, 37 hours per week The Estates & Facilities Department is responsible for the general estate management of the University's portfolio of land and property. We maintain and upkeep over 50 University-owned buildings (both residential and non-residential) including a number of buildings which are of special interest. We are seeking a full-time Estates Administrator to join our busy team in supporting Estates-based activities throughout the University.

Excellent administrative skills, attention to detail and accuracy are paramount as you will be managing paperwork relating to maintenance and facilities throughout our Estate. You will be methodical and process driven. You will have an excellent attitude to customer service and will track and monitor ongoing jobs to ensure SLA targets are met and that all records and documentation are up to date.

You will be confident and clear when communicating with people this may include communicating technical information by email, telephone and face to face. An understanding of computer-aided facilities management software would be beneficial as would knowledge of hard or soft facilities. This position is not suitable for job sharing.
