Receptionist, Administrative​/Clerical

Are you organised, professional and passionate about making a positive first impression? Renaissance Education is looking for a friendly and proactive Receptionist to become the welcoming face of our specialist therapeutic school. As the first point of contact for pupils, families, visitors and professionals, you'll play a key role in creating a warm, safe and supportive environment while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the school office.

This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You'll manage the school reception, respond to enquiries, provide high-quality administrative support, maintain accurate pupil records, coordinate diaries and appointments, support admissions and transport arrangements, and work closely with the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team to ensure the school runs efficiently. Your professionalism, excellent communication skills and ability to prioritise competing demands will make you an invaluable member of the school community.

Working in a specialist setting, you'll build positive relationships with children, families, colleagues and external agencies, ensuring every interaction reflects our values of kindness, respect and professionalism. You'll also play an important role in maintaining confidentiality, supporting safeguarding procedures and contributing to the wider life of the school through collaboration, flexibility and a commitment to outstanding service.
