CareerDevelopment & Manufacturer Training
You will enter a structured training programme designed to future-proof your skills. Technicians can progress through Bronze, Silver, Gold, and High Voltage accreditation levels, ensuring expertise across conventional, hybrid, and cutting-edge electric vehicle (EV) systems. All training is delivered at a world-class manufacturing academy, keeping you at the forefront of diagnostic innovation.
What You’ll Be DoingAs a vital member of our specialist technical team in Gloucester, you will:
- Carry out routine servicing, advanced maintenance, and complex repairs to strict manufacturer standards.
- Conduct high-level fault diagnostics, troubleshooting, and electrical fault-finding.
- Complete thorough pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and safety checks.
- Maintain meticulous digital job records and compliance documentation.
- Ensure an elite standard of workmanship while upholding strict workshop safety standards.
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (Preferred).
- Experience: Proven background as a Vehicle Technician, Car Mechanic, or Diagnostic Specialist within a franchised dealership or official manufacturer environment.
- Skills: Strong diagnostic capabilities, a right first time mindset, and a passion for prestige automotive engineering.
- Compliance: A full UK Driving Licence is essential.
