Junior Mobile Paint Sprayer (Automotive) – Gloucester

Salary:
Up to £35,000 Basic + Company Bonus (OTE £50,000–£60,000) + Company Van + Paid Travel (D2D) + Career Progression + Internal Training.

In this role you will be responsible for preparing and applying paint finishes to vehicles, including bodywork paint repairs, paint modifications, colour matching and ensuring the final finish meets industry standards for appearance and durability.

• Bodywork repairs on a variety of vehicles
• Prepare and apply paint finishes to vehicles
• Use spray equipment to apply an even and appealing coat

• Paint sprayer or similar experience
• Junior Paint Sprayer with a Level 3 qualification (preferred)
• Based in Gloucester or commutable
• Full UK driving licence

• Company van and paid travel (D2D)
• Generous company bonus structure (OTE £50,000–£60,000)
