We are recruiting for a Vehicle Technician on behalf of a leading automotive retailer with franchise-approved dealerships nationwide. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled and experienced Vehicle Technicians to join a well-established dealership in Gloucester.

Duties
  • Conduct fault diagnosis, servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of vehicles
  • Ensure all work adheres to the manufacturer's standards and franchise guidelines
  • Accurately report vehicle conditions, faults, safety, and performance issues to the Service Manager
  • Maintain high quality standards and follow health and safety procedures at all times
  • Use your technical expertise to deliver excellent customer service and support the workshop team
  • Work efficiently in a busy environment, meeting targets and quality expectations
  • Ensure vehicles are repaired and maintained to the highest standards
Requirements of a Vehicle Technician
  • Qualified to at least IMI/NVQ Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
  • One to two years’ practical experience as a Vehicle Technician
  • Own set of tools
  • Full UK driving licence with minimal penalty points
  • Experience working within a franchise-approved dealership is advantageous but not essential
  • Active MOT Smart Card would be beneficial
  • Motivated, team-oriented, and committed to high standards of work
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, professional workshop environment
