Targeted monthly bonus - £300 plus 1% above 120% target

40 hours per week, Monday-Friday

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Parts Advisor / Automotive Parts Advisor to join a busy commercial vehicle dealership in Gloucester.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with automotive parts, commercial vehicle parts or dealership parts experience looking to join a professional team with good earning potential and career development.

You'll play a key role in ensuring the workshop and customers have the correct parts available when required, whilst delivering excellent customer service and maintaining accurate stock records.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and supply parts for commercial vehicles
Serve workshop technicians and retail customers
Process parts orders and raise invoices
Check availability, pricing and delivery times
Source parts from suppliers when required
Maintain accurate stock levels and records
Receive, check and store incoming parts
Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers
Deal with customer enquiries by phone, email and in person
Support the smooth running of the Parts Department
Identify additional sales opportunities and maximise revenue
Requirements

Previous Parts Advisor, Parts Sales or Automotive Parts experience preferred
Commercial vehicle or dealership experience advantageous
Good knowledge of vehicle parts and components
Strong customer service and communication skills
Good computer and administration skills
Excellent attention to detail
Organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Full UK driving licence preferred
Salary & Bonus

£30,(Apply online only)-£32,(Apply online only) basic salary
Targeted monthly bonus scheme
£300 bonus plus 1% over 120% target when agreed KPIs are achieved
40 hours per week, Monday-Friday
