• Lead Integrated Project Teams (IPTs) to deliver on‑time, on‑quality, and on‑budget outcomes.
• Manage customer relationships and ensure satisfaction through clear communication and reliable delivery.
• Oversee program planning, cost tracking, and risk management across multiple work streams.
• Drive initiatives including in‑service issue resolution, development projects, and cost‑saving programs.
• Support internal reviews, reporting, and governance processes to keep stakeholders aligned.

• Proven experience in cross‑functional project or program management.
• Background in aerospace or a similar industry, with understanding of equipment design and manufacturing.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and disciplines.
• A proactive approach to problem‑solving and continuous improvement.
