Overview
You can look forward to on the job learning four days a week, with hands on experience, working on live business projects to help you develop skills and experience. One day a week will be spent on Apprentice scheme learning with our Apprenticeship vendor.
Benefact Group are looking for two Apprentices to join our Group Technology Apprentice Programme in our Gloucester office. We are looking for talented and enthusiastic apprentices who demonstrate the drive to develop into high performing business professionals. This opportunity is a three year programme starting in September. It provides exposure to all aspects of our Group Technology business, allowing you to develop your technical expertise as well as professional and operational skills, all whilst studying for a BSC Degree Apprenticeship in Applied Digital Technology.

- Studying x3 A levels or equivalent with predicted grades of C or above (A levels in Maths, Science or Computer Science preferable).
- GCSE's in Maths and English.
- Proficient IT skills in MS Office.
- You will receive a tailored induction and be supported throughout the scheme.
- The scheme structure combines focused Technology team placements, including Cyber Security, Data & Analytics, Software Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, and more, all of which align with your Apprentice study modules.
- The final year will be elective placements in the business area of your choice and a final end of Apprentice assessment.
