Senior Product Manager – Gloucester - £65,000 – £75,000

A leading Engineering company in Gloucester is looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive growth and profitability within a group of products.

The Senior Product Manager will take complete ownership of a product group and will be responsible for:

* Defining a product vision, develop and maintain the product roadmap.

* Developing a deep understanding of the market and meet with customers to help strengthen the understanding.

* Creating product Value Propositions / USPs and set value based pricing

* Work closely with various departments to review product ideas and help develop a strategy.

* Manage customer requests for product design changes

* Managing products through the product lifecycle, ensuring objectives are delivered.

The ideal Senior Product Manager will have:

* Education within business, marketing or engineering subjects.

* Product Management background

* Good knowledge of various marketing frameworks

* An engineering or manufacturing understanding / background is preferable.

* Excellent communication skills
