Senior Product Manager

As Senior Product Manager, you’ll act as the “CEO of the product”, taking full ownership of a defined product portfolio. You’ll set the product vision, define strategy, and lead products through their full lifecycle — from discovery and business case through to launch, optimisation, and profitability.

• Define product vision, strategic objectives, and annual plans
• Own and maintain a live product roadmap
• Lead market discovery, customer engagement, and competitive analysis
• Build robust business cases and lead new product development through to launch
• Develop clear value propositions, USPs, and value-based pricing strategies
• Monitor product performance, margins, and profitability, driving corrective actions where needed
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver agreed product and pricing strategies
• Support marketing with technical and commercial product content
• Deliver product training to internal teams and customers
• Review and approve engineering change requests, considering cost, compliance, and market impact

• 5+ years’ experience in Product Management, Engineering, or a customer-facing technical role
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and go-to-market strategy
• Experience working within manufacturing or technically complex products
• A commercial mindset, including pricing, margins, and profitability
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Degree-level qualification (Master’s preferred, or equivalent industry experience)
• Willingness to travel occasionally

Experience with in building services, construction products, or regulated manufacturing environments would be highly advantageous.
