What You'll Be Doing
  • CRM Reporting & Insights – Assist in producing reporting, dashboards and insights to track broker engagement and behaviour, campaign activity and identify areas for improvement.
  • Sales and Distribution Enablement – Drive the delivery and upkeep of sales enablement tools, content and platforms while serving as the primary contact for Broker Distribution support.
  • Best Practice Development & Training – Support delivery of best practice training and onboarding to ensure the sales and underwriting teams are equipped with the appropriate capabilities.
  • Strategic Relationship Support – Provide operational support to strategic relationships, including pack production, performance analysis and tender support.
What You'll Need to Have
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and a range of interpersonal skills.
  • Commercial understanding and awareness.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint).
What Makes You Stand Out
  • Knowledge and experience of CRM systems.
  • Insurance or Financial Services experience.
