Team Leader, Business

Location: Brockworth

We are looking for Team Leaders to join our Distribution Centre fulfilment operation on both day and night shifts (4 on 4 off). This is an interim opportunity through to the end of 2026, with the potential to secure a permanent role for the right candidates.

Staffline is recruiting Team Leaders in Gloucester.

The rate of pay is from £14.49 per hour.

This is a full-time role working fixed shifts, 4 on 4 off, and the hours of work are:
- 6am to 6pm
- 6pm to 6am

Your Time at Work

As a Team Leader, you will provide day-to-day leadership, ensuring your team delivers against KPIs while maintaining high standards of health & safety, quality, and performance.
You will play a key role in creating a positive, high-performing team culture and driving operational success.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, motivate and support your team on shift
- Ensure tasks are completed safely, accurately, and on time
- Monitor performance and drive improvements against KPIs
- Delegate workload effectively across the team
- Conduct performance reviews and support colleague development
- Maintain high standards of health, safety, and compliance
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and engaged working environment

Our Perfect Worker

Our perfect worker will have the following skills:

- Previous team leader/supervisory experience (ideally in a warehouse environment)
- People management and communication skills
- Ability to motivate teams and hit performance targets
- Organised, proactive, and able to work under pressure
- Committed to health & safety and high standards
