As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the maintenance and processing of supplier documentation, including reconciliation of statements and setting up payment runs. You will be responsible for ensuring operational and commercial requirements are met.
Duties and Responsibilities- Processing supplier documentation to correct contracts/projects
- Portal logins – downloading and posting supplier documentation following approval
- Ensuring supplier documentation agrees to purchase orders and query with the purchasing team & Project Managers when there are differences
- Sorting and distributing supplier documentation and credit notes via email
- Coding supplier documentation and arranging sign off by department managers
- Reconciling all supplier statements received in a timely manner to ensure accuracy of financial reporting
- Communicating with Project Managers to raise any supplier documentation queries promptly, by phone and email
- Ensuring excellent electronic filing of supplier documentation
- Working closely with the Procurement team
- Processing expenses and credit card statements
- Processing bank payments (multi-currency)
- Providing ad-hoc support to the business as and when required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- IT literate, including good working knowledge of Excel
- Excellent attention to detail, sound problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
- Ability to prioritise workload as per operational need
- Ability to work to a timetable and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of supply chain processes
- Experience of multi-currency and language documentation
- Previous experience of working within construction industry
Working from our open plan Gloucester Head Office and/or home on a hybrid basis. This role requires working with company systems, using multiple screens and IT packages so the role is mainly desk-based.

Employees will not tamper with any issued PPE or plant machinery that may cause harm. Ensure all minimum training requirements are met in compliance with the relevant ISO standards. Ensure that any Information Technology incidents are effectively reported and resolved in a timely fashion. Maintain clear desk and screen at all times. Compliance to ensure no deliberate breaches in security information and/or systems.
