Key responsibilities
- Support the Centre Manager in daily operations
- Lead and motivate staff
- Ensure high standards of service and compliance
- Handle customer enquiries and issues
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Organised, proactive, and customer-focused
- Experience in a supervisory or management role preferred
- Experience with in an automotive environment is preferred
You will be working Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm. Some weekend working may be required.
PayAnnual salary is between £34k - £36k. Garage bonuses are available.
