Contracts and Procurement Lead

Contracts & Procurement Lead My client is a high-performing multi-academy trust with schools across the South of England- they are looking for a Contracts & Procurement Lead to join their rapidly growing Finance & Procurement team. This position is a hybrid role- you can be based from home or the regional office but you will be expected to travel regularly to different sites.

Salary- £40K- £48500 The role The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day management of contracts across the Trust, owning the Contract Register, managing the full contract lifecycle, and holding suppliers to account. The will also support trust-wide procurement activity, from tenders and quotations to supplier onboarding and spend analysis, working closely with the Head of Procurement, Finance Business Partners and school-based colleagues.

About you Significant experience in contract management, including drafting, negotiating and administering complex contracts Proven track record managing contract life cycles and supplier relationships Exceptional attention to detail, with strong negotiation and communication skills Degree-level qualification (or equivalent experience) in law, business administration, procurement or a related field Public or education sector experience and a CIPS or IACCM qualification are desirable For more information, please contact Jamie at HB Partners for a confidential conversation
