Position: Residential Support Worker (Permanent)
Rocasa Consulting Limited are recruiting Residential Support Workers – Children based in Gloucester Locations including Cheltenham.

Salary: £32,409 – £34,051 (inclusive of average 6 sleep-ins per month)

Contract:

Full-time, on-site | Shift work including some weekends

Wokring for a local, family-run organisation providing warm, family-style residential homes for children who have experienced trauma. Our mission is simple — to offer every child safety, stability and the chance to thrive.

As a Residential Support Worker, you’ll help create a warm, nurturing environment where children feel safe, valued, and supported.

You will:

* Build trusting relationships with children and young people

* Support them to make sense of their experiences and achieve their goals

* Work collaboratively with the team and professionals around each child

* Promote values and commitment to high-quality care

* Keep clear and accurate records using your strong IT skills

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for people who are:

* Empathetic and resilient, with a genuine passion for helping children

* Experienced (or willing to train) in trauma-informed care

* Positive team players with patience and confidence

* Organised and IT-literate

* Hold a full UK manual driving licence (12 months minimum)

* Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare? No problem if you don’t have this - we’ll support you to achieve it
