Nursery Room Leader – Partou Longlevens Day Nursery & Pre‑school

Partou Longlevens Day Nursery & Pre‑school is seeking a minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification nursery practitioner to take on a full‑time 40 hour per week role of Nursery Room Leader, overseeing the daily running of a room and ensuring children engage in stimulating activities that support their learning and development in line with the EYFS. You will lead and inspire your team, maintain a safe and inclusive environment, and build strong partnerships with childcare colleagues and families.

• Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification
• Strong EYFS knowledge
• Proven experience leading a team in an early years setting
• Passion for early years education
• Confidence in supporting children’s learning and development
