The Opportunity:

As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will support the commercial team across live civil engineering projects, gaining exposure across the full project lifecycle. Cost control, valuations, and forecasting Interim applications, variations, and final accounts Subcontractor procurement and payments Regular site involvement and collaboration with delivery teams About You Experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor or in a commercial role Civil engineering or construction background preferred Relevant qualification (or working towards one) Proactive, organised, and career-driven Full UK driving licence (site travel required) Whats On Offer £35,000 £ 53,000 salary, depending on experience Clear progression into a Quantity Surveyor role Supportive team environment with real mentoring Long-term stability and meaningful project exposure
