Must have’s

Assoc

RICS or MRICS qualification
Minimum of five years experience carrying out Level 2 residential surveys
Confidence surveying post war and modern housing stock
Comfortable specialising in Level 2 surveys long term
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong professional and ethical standards aligned with RICS guidance
Comfortable using iPad based inspection and reporting systems
Full UK driving licence

So, what will you be doing?

Undertake Level 2 Home Surveys on standard good quality residential properties
Complete a consistent number of surveys each week
Use an iPad based system to produce clear professional reports
Organise and manage site visits within an agreed geographic area
Liaise professionally with clients when required
Maintain high standards of accuracy consistency and professionalism
