Building Surveyor – Permanent Position
We are recruiting for an outstanding opportunity for a Building Surveyor on a permanent basis.
This is home/site based and overseeing planned and capital works upgrades.
Responsibilities- Management of the delivery of major works
- Contract administration
- Ensuring works are delivered on time, budget and to the desired specification
- Management of fire safety and compliance upgrades
- Tendering of special projects
- Contractor performance monitoring to ensure efficient performance
- Management of H&S and CDM
- Candidates should be an experienced Building Surveyor with appropriate qualifications and experience.
- Must be able to manage own time effectively and work under their own initiative.
- Should have experience managing contractors to deliver planned and major works.
- Must have a full driving licence and vehicle.
