You will manage commercial aspects across multiple live projects, from procurement through to final accounts, ensuring financial control and contractual compliance on fast-paced fit-out and refurbishment schemes.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years’ QS experience, a background with a main contractor, and strong negotiating and communication skills.
