This developer has a proven track record of building luxury new homes all around the UK, which has built up a great reputation with a strong pipeline of work.

The project is working on 2-4 bedroom detached and semi-detached traditional build town houses with a large amount of units.

Ideal candidate5 years’ experience as an Assistant Manager.
3 years’ experience as a Site Manager.

You will be required to have a degree qualification or have a similar construction management qualification.

Construction developer experience.

A strong track record as an Assistant/Site Manager.

Projects seen through from inception to completion.

Having worked on large residential schemes.

Traditional build experience is essential.

CSCS Card.

SMSTS certificate.

First Aid Certificate.
