The role is split between office and site, working closely with the Project and Site Management teams to ensure safe, efficient and high-quality delivery. The business delivers high-performance faade solutions for commercial, residential and public-sector schemes across the UK. The wider group is established, successful and expanding, with the faades division already achieving strong turnover and long-term growth. This role suits someone with strong faades/external-envelope experience who is ready to step into site management.

You do not need extensive Site Manager experience the team can mould and train the right person. A clean driving licence is essential, and candidates should live within roughly one hour of Milton Keynes. Salary £40,000 £ 50,000  package , depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities Support the Site Manager and Project Manager with daily site operations Coordinate trades, subcontractors, deliveries and site logistics Carry out site inspections, snagging and progress checks Maintain health & safety standards and ensure compliance with site procedures Assist with RAMS, permits, daily records and site documentation Monitor quality of workmanship and adherence to specifications Communicate with project teams, suppliers and contractors Help manage short-term planning, sequencing and programme support Attend site meetings and assist with follow-up actions Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment Full training provided, with support from experienced managers Backgrounds That Suit This Role Faades / cladding / external-envelope experience (essential) Assistant Site Manager / Site Manager Site Coordinator / Site Administrator with on-site exposure Faade Installer / Cladding Supervisor looking to step up Candidates with strong external-envelope knowledge who want progression Clean driving licence required Projects & Workload Typical faade packages: £700k £2m, with larger schemes also delivered Mix of cladding, SFS, roofing, fire-remediation and external-envelope works Opportunity to gain full exposure to site management processes Working Environment Modern open-plan office built by the team On-site gym Smart/casual environment Strong social culture Supportive team with direct access to experienced managers Opportunity
